Senator Aliero presents 11 years scorecard to constituents in kebbi

Senator Muhammad Adamu Aliero has presented the scorecard of stewardship within 11 years in the Senate to his constituents in Kebbi Central Senatorial District of kebbi State.


While briefing journalists in Birnin Kebbi on the occasion of June 12 the Senator said in his 11 years at the Senate he has brought positive development to his constituency and as well improved the wellbeing of people of his senatorial district through the numerous people's oriented projects in roads infrastructure, education, healthcare services, empowerment, social amenities, agriculture and Ramadan palliative.


Senator Aliero who was represented by his Aide, Abubakar Kalgo said the inhabitants of Alieru, Birnin Kebbi, Bunza, Gwandu, Jega, Kalgo, Koko-Besse and Maiyama Local Government Area have been enjoying the dividends of democracy, economic prosperity, industrial growth and social wellbeing within the 11 years of his stewardship as Senator representing their their constituency


He said 'The key sectors we have positively impacted in the lives of the people are education, institutional development, agriculture and rural empowerment, roads construction, infrastructure, healthcare interventions, water supply, youth and women empowerment programmes, electricity and community development projects.


"These involve, construction of classrooms, medical outreach and supply of drugs to hospitals, construction and renovation of hospital wards, construction of township and Intercity roads, sinking of boreholes and renovation of water supply facilities, supply of 500 KVA electricity transformers".


"The rest include distribution of fertilizer, tractors, water pumping machines, ploughs and bulls to farmers.We also delivered on skills acquisition, cash gifts".


While congratulating President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Nasir Idris on the occasion of June 12, he said the two leaders deserved to be re elected to complete the good work they have embarked on for the good of the people of Nigeria and Kebbi State.
