The Minister of State for Works, Barrister Bello Goronyo has said President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is focused despite the myraid of challenges.
He said the administration has hit the ground running with several massive road projects and despite the challenges, the president remain resolute to execute all the projects he initiated across the country. "The president is not distracted in delivering on his mandate", he said.
The Minister during a courtesy visit to Governor of Nasir Idris at the Government House in Birnin Kebbi while on a working visit to the state said "The presidency is happy with the Impactful infrastructure on ground in kebbi state.
"He sent his words of appreciation to Governor Idris and he is proud of his developmental projects.The party is passionate about it too".
He said the works ministry is ready to work with Kebbi State Government to achieve its desire results in infrastructure development.
While responding Governor Nasir Idris thanked the president and Minister of Works for given Kebbi the lion share of 268 kilometers in the Sokoto/Badagry Superhighway project. "We are also that happy FERMA has fixed the Alwasa bridge along Argungu road.
The Governor also commended the federal government for revoking the koko-Dabai road contract and allow the state to takeover it's construction.
"Kebbi is now ready to ensure the completion of the road, the people has supported us ,we cannot allow the people to suffer.
"We will announce the flag off of it's construction soon. And we are ready to come in to partner FERMA to fix federal roads if it will benefit our people", the Governor said.
