The Chairman House Committee on Higher Education, Dr. Suleiman Fana has led the committee members on oversight function to Kebbi State University of Science and Technology, Aliero.
The visit, according to the PRO KSUSTA, Hussaini Adamu Zuru was to enhance interaction with management of the university to know the needs of the institution.
The committee chairman who was in company of committee members, Hon Muhammad Buhari Aliero and Hon Umar Muhammad Naamore Argungu during visit to the university promised that the committee would do everything possible towards the growth and development of the university. And would in particular get the support and backing of the Kebbi State Government for the institution.
During the visit, the house committee Chairman was led on visit to some faculties of the such as the University Library and Hostels expressed satisfaction on what they saw. He called on the management of the university to partner the general public for additional income/revenue.
The VC Prof Bashar Ladan Aliero while welcoming the committee members highlighted the history and achievements of the university since its establishment and the need for Kebbi State Government to do more in supporting the University.
