In commemoration of the Year 2023 Children Day in Nigeria, Human Development Initiatives (HDI) celebrated the annual Children Day event on Friday 26th May 2023 with the pupils of Olimo Nursery and Primary School Onike Yaba; Senator Oluremi Tinubu Memorial Nursery and Primary School Onike Yaba; Onike Baptist Girls Nursery and Primary School Onike Yaba and Fazil O'Mar Nursery and Primary School Iwaya, Yaba, Lagos
The pupils enjoyed the day with snacks and drinks as well as the Talk on Importance of Education for Pupils.
Education make them to develop critical skills like: logical thinking, ability to read and write, active participation, confidence, self-dependent, socialization, decision-making, problem-solving, and mental agility.
Being educated increase chances for better career/job opportunities and greater hope of better life.
HDI fulfilled her vision by identifying with this set of children to mark this year's Children Day. We are saying " *Happy Children Day to every Nigerian Child"*
