A political group, Atiku Haske Organization (AHO) under the umbrella of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Monday said it has completed arrangement to kick start a house -to- house campaign for former vice president Atiku Abubakar in order to deliver Kebbi State to him in 2023 presidential election.
State Coordinator of the organization, M.A Muhammed while presenting coordinators of the organization in the 21 local government areas of Kebbi State to the national coordinator of Atiku Haske, Abba Atiku Abubakar and other national officials said Nigerians at this crucial period of their lives need a personality like Atiku because of his experience, mission and vision to be elected president in 2023.
For this to be achieved, he said the organization will soon begin a house-to-house campaign for the former vice president across the 21 local government areas of Kebbi State. He enjoined each member of the organization to bring in 10 persons into the campaign fold while charging the local coordinators to ensure they put all measures in place to make Atiku win election in kebbi State.."We must not disappoint Atiku in Kebbi," he said.
He said if the insecurity, occasioned by insurgency, banditry, Kidnapping, hunger and series of other crisis that have bedeviled the country must be tackled, Atiku must be elected as president. "If we must stop the sufferings in Nigeria, we need to come together irrespective of our religious and ethic differences to vote Atiku as president of the federal republic of Nigeria to make the country great again", he said. Muhammed said Atiku has the capacity to turn Nigeria's economy around and make things work again if elected.
While also speaking at the occasion, national secretary of the organization,M.D Mainagge said Atiku is like light, assuring that he will light up Nigeria when elected as president. "Everything will begin to work well for us because he has the experience and capacity to direct the affairs of Nigeria", he said.
It's women leader, Hajiya Asabe Abubakar assured that women would be mobilized to ensure Atiku's victory in kebbi State. "We are already putting things in place to make sure women come out in their large numbers to vote Atiku in Kebbi during the presidential election", Asabe said.
In his response, Abba Atiku Abubakar, national coordinator of Atiku Haske said the objective of the campaign organization was based on Atiku Abubakar's five points agenda which are Security, Economy, Education, Unity and devolution of power. " We did a fantastic job in 2019, we are building on that for Atiku to win the presidential election. We are counting on our support group in Kebbi". Abba said.
