A student of Waziri Umaru Federal Polytechnic in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State , Victor Musa has committed suicide while in the custody of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC. )
The student was said to have used a razor blade to slit his throat.
The incident according to insider's account happened around 3pm to 4pm on Sunday. He was reportedly rushed to Sir Yahaya Memorial Hospital in Birnin Kebbi but he was confirmed dead before he could be attended to.
The deceased, according to our source was brought on Saturday night to NSCDC office by his relatives over his drugs related problem.
Before the incident, he was said to be a diploma student at the Waziru Umaru federal ploytechnic in Birnin Kebbi .
