Pictures of Mercy Aigbe and Adeoti Kazeem, a movie marketer and the Ibaka TV CEO have been in the news of recent authenticating their relationship now as husand and wife.

This comes following the headlines of Mercy Aigbe’s secret marriage to Kazim Adeoti who was a family friend during their marriage that ended in 2017.
Taking to Instagram to react to the news, Lanre Gentry expresses gratitude as he shares a throwback photo of himself with Adekaz, and his then-wife, Mercy.

”At last I thank God the truth is out this is just one out of many to God be the glory. I don’t need anyone’s comment please,” he wrote.
Meanwhile, a top Nollywood Actor that choose to be unanimous in a chat with this medium condemned Mercy Aigbe's decision, especially her friends in the industry that are. celebrating openly with her without considering the other woman that has been with Adeoti Kazeem.

She said, 'Women are their own enemies, I don't have an issue with her settling for a married man or the man in question taking another wife. As a Muslim, he has every right but the way our colleagues are going about it is too inhuman for the other woman. I don't know her but ever and the news got to the public I have not been myself, putting myself in her shoes.

We need to be human in our deeds. The kind of celebration our people have engaged themselves in will only make the other woman feels terribly bad and depressed. Taking another wife is one issue and marrying a celebrity is another bigger one. Whatever anyone sows, he or she shall reap."
