The leader of Afenifere, Pa Ayo Adebanjo has said that if President Muhammadu Buhari fails to restructure Nigeria, he will be sen as the worst enemy of the country.
The elder statesman said this at the final burial of Yinka Odumakin in Moro,
Osun state.
Also, Adebanjo tasked other Afenifere members to emulate Odumakin and live an
upright life by standing for the people.
He said if the federal government refuses to listen to people's call for true
federalism and reconstructure of Nigeria, there will be the continual emergence
of the likes of Sunday Igbohos, and many Kanus and Egbesu boys.
Adebanjo said Afenifere will not rest until a better Nigeria is achieved.
With tears, the old man of 93 years assured Yinka Odumakin that the struggle he
lived for will continue and a better Nigeria shall emerge.
Present at the occasion are governors from South West, Oyetola of Osun, Seyi
Makinde of Oyo, Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti, former governors and other political
bigwigs across Nigeria.
