The
three in one program shall have the roll call of who is who amongst Islamic
gospel acts, scholars, and top fans and well wishers in attendance.
In
a statement signed by Ola Fatia, Alhaja Hafsat Sideeq, she said, “I am grateful
to Allah having taken me this far. I want to appreciate him like I always do every
blessed day as a Muslim, and also, I want to appreciate people around me; wonderful
souls that have been there with us in my career. To my fans as well, there is a
special album we have recorded for the 50th birthday to make it well defined.”
Hafsat
As-Sideeq started her musical career, over three decades ago with a name, The
Muslim Melodious Singers. With the help of her husband, a top Islamic gospel singer,
Alhaji Wasiu Kayode As-Sideeq, she has been able to carve a niche for herself having
done lots of evergreen albums.
She
hit stardom upon the release of her Ola Fatia, an album that sold well and changed
her fortune in the entertainment world.
Amongst
Islamic Acts, she has travelled far and wide with her songs to different
countries in the world, America, London, Dublin and other part of the world.
Being
married to a well renowned Islamic singer and a leader, Wasiu Sideeq, Hafsat
has been able to maintain her marriage of almost three decades that is blessed
with wonderful children.
Ahaji
Muyideen Ajani Bello will give lecture at the event that will come up at Devine
Emporium Event Centre, Powerline Bus stop, LASU, Isheri road, Lagos.
