Sunday 24th of this month will witness the celebration
of Maolud Nabbiy of JAMUHIYYAT AS HABU SALAM SOCIETY OF NIGERIA and awards
presentation.
The Convener of the prayer group, Fadilat Sheik Ahmad
Ibrahim (Al-miskinbilah) in his words said, “We intend to celebrate the birth the
holy Prophet in a special way by presenting awards to distinguished Muslims
whose conduct are worthy of emulation.
“Coming together for Maolud Nabbiy is another way of
reaching out to people with the sole aim of propagating Islam and the teaching
of the Holy Prophet, Muhammed (S.A.W). This year, we have different programs including
prayers and lectures to commemorate the celebration”
The maolud Nabbiy is billed to take place at Jakande Estate,
First Gate, Lekki expressway, Lagos.
Fadilat Sheik Ibrahim Gbodofu will be the guest lecturer of
the day with an interesting topic for the benefit of all participants.
Amongst those to be
honoured are; Fadhilat Sheik Ismail Tijani Bin Sheik; Alhaji Abd.Rahman Jumah
Ariyo; Alhaja Awawu Iya sunnah As-Habu Salam; Alhaja Rukayat Sanmori Adinni
As-Habu Salam and many more.
