In its bid to better the life
of the masses in the society, YEFADOT National Mobile Market in support of
Lagos state Ministry of Commerce and industry is set to hold a four day trade
fair in Lagos.
In a statement signed by the
President, Chief Mrs Yetunde Babajide, she said, “This year’s event is tagged
AGBE L’OBA together with Trade Fair and empowerment, our theme is Embracing
Agriculture to empower people. A nation where it agricultural system is
functional would thrive tremendously. Back in the days when agriculture was our
major focus in Nigeria, especially here in south west, our government ably led
by Pa Obafemi Awolowo did major development that made the south west the best
in Nigeria with laudable projects that still exist till date.
She stressed further that, the
motive of the programme is to train people, to exhibit and empower people in a
way they could be self-reliance.
The event that is billed to
take place at Adeyemi Bero Hall, Alausa Secretariat in Ikeja Lagos will
commence on the 27th of July to 3oth July from 9am to 6pm daily.
Part of skill acquisition
people would get at the program are; Tie & Dye; Bridal hand fan; purse and
bag making; different Agricultural training; paint and soap making, fashion
design and lots more.
