FAYOSE CRIES AS HE CLAIMS POLICE BOSS OUT TO KILL HIM

Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti state has called on well meaning Nigerians and international communities to come to his aid as his life is no longer safe in the hands of the opposition.
In a dramatic way earlier today, the governor wept openly and accused the A.I.G of instructing a police officer to slap him and even shot at him.

While addressing journalist in tears the governor said, “I am in pains”, “I am in severe pains, I can’t turn this neck anymore if anything happens to me; Inspector General of Police should be held accountable…” He said those words amidst wailing and later joined a waiting vehicle that took him out of the arena.
Those tears came minutes after he addressed a crowd of PDP supporters, appearing in bandages on his right arm and a neck brace. Fayose in a very low mood addressed his supporters as thus; “I call on the international; community; Ekiti is under siege.
“How can I be Governor of Ekiti State and be treated like this in my own country? My people, I call on all of you, stand and remain standing. I want all of you to be strong and be of great courage… this battle must be won. This is army of occupation; they have come to occupy our land… I pray they will not cause 1983 problem in Ekiti.
“The PDP men have been arrested… remain standing, stand for the election, stand with Eleka, stand with PDP… I will go back to the hospital for a while to rest… I am having a lot of pains, but I prefer to bear these pains because of you. I prefer to bear these pains because of you…”
Earlier, Lere Olayinka, spokesman of the Governor, had said his principal lost consciousness and was taken to Government House clinic after policemen fired teargas canisters into the Government House.
Olusola Kolapo, Fayose’s deputy and the Ekiti State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship aspirant, had also said earlier that he was assaulted in his shoulder region by the policemen while his boss was also beaten.
