White Garment
By ALÓRE TV
The Spiritual Leader of the Celestial Church of Christ, Elisha Parish (Europe and Nigeria), Prophet MKO Tibetan, has stated that members of White Garment churches, particularly the Celestial Church of Christ (CCC) and the Cherubim and Seraphim (C&S), enjoy a deeper level of spirituality that contributes to their prosperity and victory over life's challenges.
Speaking during an exclusive interview with ALÓRE TV, the cleric argued that the manifestation of God's grace in the lives of White Garment church members distinguishes them from many other Christian denominations. According to him, the spiritual heritage and practical application of biblical principles within White Garment churches have continued to produce remarkable testimonies among believers.
Prophet Tibetan maintained that the use of spiritual items such as anointing oil, holy water, candles and other symbolic materials—when used in accordance with Christian faith—is not a form of idol worship but a means through which believers exercise their faith in seeking divine intervention. He said these practices have helped countless worshippers overcome spiritual battles and difficult situations.
The prophet further claimed that these spiritual practices have made many White Garment church members more spiritually equipped and prosperous than some Christians in Pentecostal churches.
According to him, criticism frequently directed at White Garment churches by some Pentecostal ministers is often motivated by a lack of understanding of their spiritual traditions and, in his view, jealousy over what he described as the visible manifestations of God's power among their members.
He urged Christians to avoid condemning one another based on denominational differences, stressing that genuine faith should be measured by one's relationship with God rather than church affiliation.
Prophet Tibetan concluded by encouraging believers to embrace what he described as the lifestyle of a true believer in Christ instead of merely identifying as Christians by name. He said sincere faith, obedience to God's word and spiritual commitment are the keys to experiencing divine grace and victory.
The interview has generated discussions among Christians, with many supporting his views while others hold differing theological opinions on the role of spiritual items and practices within Christianity.
