Presidential hopeful under the platform the PDP and former Senate president, Dr Bukola Saraki has said he is the only courageous and bold presidential aspirant that has the capacity to fight insecurity and fix Nigeria's economy.

Saraki, while addressing Kebbi PDP delegates in Birnin Kebbi on Monday said its time to rescue the country and restored its lost glory but it takes only a personality like him to do so because of his capacity,  experience and international connections.

"I'm happy you all know me very I'm
well. This is not my first time in Kebbi. You all know that Nigerians deserves better than they are getting.

" The northwest has been challenged by spate of banditry attacks. I assured you I will address the security challenge the northwest is facing and we will as well encouraged our youths and women by engaging them and giving them the necessary attention".

He enjoined the PDP delegates to vote for him in the primaries because he is the only aspirant that has what it takes to restore Nigeria back to its glorious days.

Earlier, the former minister of special duties and chairman of the PDP northwest PDP, Alhaji Kabiru Tanimu said Saraki has come a long way as a personality that can be trusted with power.

He stated that his track records as governor of kwara state for eight years, as chairman of the Nigeria's governors forum and as senate president are testimonies of his leadership quality.

"I present him before you today as a good man, trusted and experienced leader with the capacity to direct the affairs of Nigeria.

"He will not betray the trust you have in him if voted as president. Kebbi is home to him because anyone from Ilorin has a link with kebbi. He is our own, we must vote for him", Tanimu said.
