People of Ota, in Ado-Odo/Ota local government, will have free access to the Covid-19 vaccine, as part of the Iganmode 2021 cultural festival celebration.
In a statement signed by Aare Ayodele Bankole, Chairman, Central Planning Committee, he said, "This is to bring to the notice of the good people of Ado-Odo/Ota LG that the Ogun State Government through the Ministry of Health will be supporting our Medical Outreach program in commemoration of the 2021 Odun Omo Iganmode Cultural Festival.
"Considering the large number of people who are yet to have access to the Covid-19 vaccine, the State Government has offered to have a vaccination point at the Royal Palace of our most Revered Royal Father of the Great Ancient City of Otta for the Covid-19 vaccination between 7th December -14th December 2021.
"We hereby urge the good people of Otta and environ to please take advantage of this opportunity and get vaccinated in line with the Ogun State Government directives and Covid-19 protocols." He concluded.
