Alhaja Rodiya Ayinke Sanni recently celebrated her birthday amongst friends and well-wishers in faraway Dublin, in Ireland.
The versatile Islamic Act had a low-key celebration having had a superlative birthday bash in Lagos, Nigeria a few months back.
As she marked her birthday in a restaurant in Dublin with some friends around, Alhaja Rodiya was honoured by some white staff of the eatery.
She was being honoured with a birthday song while she responded well to the kind gestures by the staff.
Reacting to the low key celebration, she said, “Every November 4th is my special day, and this year’s celebration came in a special way compared to what we experienced globally some months back. Then, I wanted a well-celebration birthday when I clocked 50th but due to the coronavirus pandemic that took over the whole world, we had to postpone the plan, and today, we thank God we were able to achieve our goal of bringing people together to celebrate and appreciate God with me for His ceaseless blessings.
Rodiya, that is well-known as Hello Olohun just concluded work on her new double albums that will soon be at different records stores worldwide.
The two Islamic albums were recorded and shot in Nigeria with prolific singers like Alhaja Hafsat As-Sideeq, Kabiru Alayande Ere Asalatu, and Hafsat Jimoh Adegoke.
Hello Olohun, a nurse in Dublin, said, “I want to appreciate all and sundry that are always happy seeing me good, may God continue to honour them all." She said.
