A mild drama ensued at the Faith Tabernacle Canaanland during the fourth service on Sunday, November 28, 2021, as a worshipper climbed the altar to grasp the legs of Bishop David Oyedepo while ministering.
The worshipper, who beat the security network of the Church, succeeded in touching Bishop David Oyedepo’s legs before he was bundled out through honor entrance by members of the crowd control unit, security, and protocol of the church.
An inside source revealed that the ‘attack ‘ was the second same Sunday but the first unsuccessful due to the eagle eye of a security man in the service.
No official information on the incident which is no doubt an embarrassment to the leadership of the church.
