For her steadfastness and determination to win more souls for Christ through her heart lifting Lyrical Gospel songs, Evangelist Bunmi Akinnanu Adeoye aka Omije Oju Mi has won another outstanding award organised by YOMAFA.
The Gospel Act has won the award of being the most relentless Gospel Icon in the year 2020/2021.
The event that took place at Ostral Hall, Ikeja, Lagos was well attended by movers and shakers in the society especially those in the entertainment industry.
Bunmi Akinnanu in her words described the feat as an act of encouragement in her career.
She said, "I am grateful this award came when I just released another album to drive home God's faithfulness in the lives of His people. Ko To (Not Enough) my new single has just been released and its a great joy having won this award as the most relentless Gospel Act for the year 2020/2021. It's an act that will propel me to do more and the basis of Omije Oju Mi band is to win souls for Christ and sings to make impactful evangelism in the lives of people generally."
Bunmi Akinnanu Adeoye, has many albums to her name having won different awards here in Nigeria and in the Diaspora.
Her journey in the musical world began over two decades ago when she decided to drop banking for Gospel ministry to gain souls for God.
To her name are the following evergreen alums; Dabira, Alatileyinmi, Ma sunkun Mo, Tujuka, Testimony, O TI MURE WA and the latest one is Ko To (Not Enough)
