Reactions have continued to follow to wish Morayo Afolabi Brown, a popular anchor of Your View, a television program on Television Continental quick recovery from a traumatic experience she suffered as hoodlums attacked the station last Wednesday.
Morayo Brown, in her tweet has cried out to Nigerians that she has not recovered from the trauma she went
through having witnessed the wanton destruction of TVC.
In a tweet on
her twitter handle, she said, “My
people, how are you? I haven’t tweeted since my ordeal. Didn’t realize how
traumatic my experience was till I noticed I’m deep in thought. I haven’t been
sleeping ooo. I’m up till about 4am, very unusual for me. My mind is floating
around. Is that normal?”
Her tweet has
generated lots of sympathy as many of her followers that were anxiously waiting
to hear from her reacted with words of consolations and prayers.
One of them said,
“Get back into routine and use social media
platforms to kick start something. Use that to get past your experience.
Imagine you are on time off exploring other opportunities. I'm sure you will be
fine. Your dad was a fine gentleman & fought for justice. That's your
pedigree.”
Another one form Adeola said, “It is important
you put things in proper perspective. It has nothing to do with you, but more
to do with the situation of the country and the youth bulge.”
Also Babalola Taiwo said, “That day, I was soo confused
after the IG live section went off. I was just jumping from Instagram to
Twitter, and Twitter to Instagram, to sha get an update as regards you guys.
Was lamenting like it was me It was after tope's live IG, I was able to get
myself. Thank God anyway”
Adeshina Kehinde said, Hi Sis! It's a small thing o. Just take some time
out to relate with nature. Choose ur choice resort centre for spring; animals;
birds and meditate on God's existence thru these. 'In d remembrance of God does
d heart find peace.”
