Fans and well wishers were all out in good numbers to celebrate Alhaji Qamardeen Odunlami a.k.a Ayeloyun as he added another year today. Ayeloyun, one of Nigeria’s top Islamic Acts who now lives in Canada was well celebrated on different social media handles as colleagues in the entertainment circle went to studio to record special songs to felicitate with this Ilorin born music star.
Ayeloyun has been around as a musician for over three decades, a well vast Islamic scholar before taking up Islamic music as a profession and his album Baba Ìyàwó did a great magic to his talent having recorded a great feat upon it release many years back.
The success he recorded then contributed immensely to his fame and in a quick time Qamardeen Ayeloyun became a household name being seen as a successful musician amongst his peers.
Though famous and rated as one of the best around but Ayeloyun too had a fair share of experiences he would not forget in a hurry having suffered auto accident in one or two occasions losing close associates and family.
Ayeloyun in one of his interviews said, "God has been very wonderful to me and I will continue to serve him because at every point in time, my Creator has always been there to bring up new things in my life and its awesome to serve Him."
Ayeloyun is now a resident in Canada with a happy family and also in school. Being a musician whose fans base is at home here in Nigeria and in the Diaspora, this has given him the opportunity to be seen regularly at home and also giving those outside the shore of Nigeria the best of himself.
