In his tweet, the former
Senate President said, “I commiserate with Alhaji Sulayman
Faruq Onikijipa Almiskin over the passing away of his brother, Sheikh Sidiq
Faruq Onikijipa. I pray that the Almighty Allah will forgive his sins and grant
him Aljannah Firdaus. I also pray for strength for the Onikijipa family to bear
this loss.”
In response to
the Senate post, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar tweeted, by sending his condolence as
well, “May Allah forgive his sins and grant him Aljanah Firdaus. Ameen. U are a
good leader.”
The Revered Sheikh, Alhaji Sidiq Faruq Onikijipa passed on yesterday.
