OYIN ADEJOBI: TWENTY YEARS AFTER THE DEMISE OF A LEGEND WHOSE TRAIT IS REWARDING

He was very popular amongst Yoruba movie producers and actors thus making his trade of acting and Content production exceptional as he won himself to the heart of so many movie fans. 
Being a great Actor whose trait was well appreciated by his numerous fans across the south-west Nigeria and beyond; he did leave a legacy that has been of great benefit to his family behind.
Oyin Adejobi was a writer, who also performed in a variety of Yoruba movie productions on the stage, television and cinemas. Due to his status as a Chief, he is also known by the title Grace Oyin Adejobi, although it should not be thought that "Grace" is his first name.
He was especially well known for his autobiographical movie Orogun Adedigba. He also had a weekly television show, Kootu Asipa " a soap whose prominence on Nigerian Television Authority, Ibadan and other NTA stations in the south-west was known to all
Oyin Adejobi movies are the following; Iya Olobi; Orogun Adedigba; Ile Iwosan; Kootu Asipa (Ashipa's Court); Iyekan Soja; Ekuro Oloja and Kuye.
Today marks the 20th years he has passed on. His musician-cum-actor son, Bola Oyin-Adejobi has released special music in his memory, and also this short piece;
 "Thank you, Dad, for leaving a "Good name" behind for us, "Oyin Adejobi", it worths more than gold and silver. We, your children and family members are really enjoying your good name, and I'm so happily proud to be your son, following your legacy in the world of entertainment is glorious. Rest on Dad."
