OONI ILE IFE PROMISES SUPPORT FOR THE PEOPLE OF SHAARE *AS AARE ADIMULA, LAHAOLA SALASHI PAYS COURTESY VISIT


The Aare Adimula of Shaare in Kwara State, Alhaji Yakub Babatunde Akanbi Adesina has stressed the reason why culture and tourism must be given priority in Kwara state to boost the state’s economy.
Lahaola Salashi as he is also known stated this in Ile-Ife during a courtesy visit to the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Babatunde  Enitan  Ogunwusi; Ojaja 11 in his palace at the source and cradle of human race.
He said it would be of great advantage if the public and private sectors can join hands together to explore the sector; millions of youths in Kwara state and Nigeria will be engaged and the state’s fortune will increase for good.
 Ooni in his remarks said he is ready to assist Shaare town and Kwara state in general in promoting culture and tourism for the development of the state and her people.
He stressed further that, his quest is to see that development reigns supreme in all Yoruba towns and amongst the black race in general.
 The Monarch also prayed for the development of Shaare and some other towns whose monarchs were present, such as Idera, Epe Opin and all Yoruba towns and Nigeria as a whole.
For the ongoing elections, he has prayed for a peaceful exercise, tranquility and progress in all part of the country.
Amongst those present were; Dr. Jeleel Ojuaade, and also the Acting General Manager UNILORIN FM, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris Aloma.
