CRAZY ACT! PEOPLE IN IBADAN SCOOP FUEL UNDER TENSION

Residents of Muslim area of Ibadan trooped out in large numbers this morning to scoop fuel from a truck that fell in the area this morning.

Despite the physical presence of security operatives, those scooping the fuel never gave a hoot.

• This dangerous act according to an eye witness was described as a suicide mission that could cause a serious mayhem in the area.
